It does not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery Policy

– Standard Delivery within the UK and ROI
– International Delivery available on request

– UK Standard: 3–5 working days
3.2 Delivery Charges
– Standard UK Delivery: £2.70 (2nd class post for small parcels)
– Larger items: Postage will be agreed in advance with the customer
– International Delivery: Cost and method agreed in advance with the customer
– Free delivery is available on orders over £40
3.3 Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.
3.4 Tracking and Notifications
Tracking is available for larger orders or on request. Customers will receive a tracking link by email once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns Policy – Physical Products
5.1 Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
– Unused
– In its original packaging
– In a resalable condition
5.2 Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
6. Digital Courses and Downloads
6.1 Access and Delivery
Digital products, including downloads and online course access, are delivered electronically via email or through a secure login to our learning platform. Access is typically granted immediately following payment confirmation.
6.2 Refund and Cancellation
By purchasing digital content, customers agree to waive their statutory right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download or streaming has begun.
Refunds for digital products will only be issued if:
– The product is faulty or inaccessible due to a technical error on our part
– The customer has not accessed or downloaded the content and requests cancellation within 14 days

7. Exchanges

8. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of return approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, Primary Numerasee will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund. Photo evidence may be required to process the claim.
